Angel Olsen shows no signs of slowing down any time soon: She’s announced a new run of winter tour dates that will take her through the end of 2017, featuring some of her biggest shows yet.
Olsen recently delivered a slew of performances at major summer festivals, including Pitchfork Music Festival, FYF, Capitol Hill Block Party, XPoNential, Newport Folk Fest, Panorama and Osheaga. The new slate of shows takes Olsen to large rooms in New York City, Boston, Charlottesville, Montreal, Chicago and more.
Olsen is touring behind her 2016 full-length My Woman, which made it onto our list of the 50 best albums of 2016. Paste contributor Jon Young wrote in his review of the album, “Olsen’s fearless and eloquent embrace of raw emotions in all their messy splendor ultimately feels oddly uplifting, the way it always does when you witness a gifted artist at her best.”
