Becca Mancari and Brittany Howard Team Up on New Single “Don’t Even Worry”

Ahead of their new LP Left Hand, out August 25 via Captured Tracks, Becca Mancari has enlisted Bermuda Triangle bandmate and former Alabama Shakes vocalist Brittany Howard for a breezy, orchestral new single. “Don’t Even Worry” features quietly indulgent instrumentals—whose occasional arpeggio punctuates the energetic new track. Mancari’s and Howard’s vocals mesh into a joyous, exuberant message of reassurance as the song reaches its zenith: “Don’t even worry, I’ve got you,” the two repeat to one another—and it sounds like they mean it.

Mancari describes the song as an anthem for the underrepresented, a message they summate as, “Hey, I know that the world often says it’s not made for us, and I know that this weight can be too heavy sometimes, but when you’re down and feel lost I will carry you through it, and vice versa, because we don’t give up on each other, and I got you.”
