Watch Bonny Doon Perform at the Paste Party in Austin Presented by Ilegal Mezcal

Detroit indie-rock band Bonny Doon headed down to Austin, Texas, in March for SXSW and stopped by High Noon for the Paste Party presented by Ilegal Mezcal. The band played songs from Let There Be Music, their first since 2018 and first on beloved label Anti-. In the interim, members Jake Kmiecik (drums), Bill Lennox (guitar/vocals) and Bobby Colombo (guitar/vocals) had served as the backing band for Waxahatchee. Let There Be Music, released last Friday, was our Album of the Week here at Paste with Matt Mitchell calling it “a joyous concerto of rock ‘n’ roll and intrepid togetherness.”
