Introducing Endless Mode: A New Games & Anime Site from Paste
Chastity Belt announced new upcoming tour dates via their social media accounts on Monday morning.
The Seattle-based indie-rock band will tour Europe in October, hitting venues everywhere from Italy to Germany to the U.K.
In November, the four-piece, composed of Julia Shapiro (vocals), Lydia Lund (lead guitar), Annie Truscott (bass) and Gretchen Grimm (drums), will play venues across North America, in both the U.S. and Canada.
Chastity Belt released their latest album, I Used To Spend So Much Time Alone , in 2017 via Hardly Art, resulting in one of their most popular tracks, “Different Now.” Most recently, they released a music video for “It’s Obvious ” in October of 2018.
Since their third LP dropped, Chastity Belt have been making waves in indie music scenes with their feminist themes, witty lyrics, and fusion of post-punk, shoegaze and alt-rock.
Fans are hopeful for the arrival of new music this year, in light of their newly announced tour. Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, June 12, at 10 a.m. ET.
Shapiro will also release her debut solo album, Perfect Version , on Friday, June 14, via Hardly Art.
