Chef Andrew Gerson – Brooklyn Brewery Beer Dinner
New York City (New York, NY), 10/16/2015
We love the beer dinner trend that’s taken over our fair nation from hipster boroughs to middle America. And we couldn’t think of a better way to experience a top-notch beer dinner than to follow around Brooklyn Brewery’s in-house chef Andrew Gerson with a camera. The theme was the 1980s, and the food was something we’ll never forget. Pairing each course with a different Brooklyn beer—including a beer from the brewery’s not-for-sale Ghost series—Gerson delivered. Watch the above video to see the process from farmer’s market to kitchen to table.
This year’s Brooklyn Brewery Dinner Party series kicks off April 28th at The Museum of Food & Drink (MOFAD) in Williamsburg. Gerson will be creating a three-course “multisensory dining experience” in coordination with the museum’s interactive Flavor exhibit. Tickets are $70 and are available here.
