Cuco Cancels Tour After Tour Bus Accident
The accident occurred as the band was driving to Nashville

Cuco, the project of L.A.-based songwriter Omar Banos, has canceled the remaining dates on his national tour following an accident involving his tour bus. The accident occurred early Monday morning as the band was headed towards Nashville—a tractor trailer hit the van as it was parked on the side of Interstate 40, WBBJ-7 reports. All those injured are currently in stable condition and recovering in an area hospital, according to a series of tweets from the band’s PR agency.
Early Monday morning Cuco and his band suffered a car accident while heading to their next show in Nashville Tennessee. Cuco and the band are currently in hospital care and after medical examinations are reportedly stable and in recovery.

The remainder of their tour has been canceled to focus on their health. For privacy of the families involved we do not have more to share at this time, but the band greatly appreciates everyone’s love and support during this trying time.

Cuco announced the accident on his Instagram, saying he “just underwent surgery … but thankfully everyone is recovering.” He said that everyone is alive “by a blessing.” He goes on to apologize to his fans: “I’m so sorry everyone, I love you.”
