Cymbals Eat Guitars Premiere Scuzzy New Track “Have A Heart”
Photo by Ebru YildizAs Cymbals Eat Guitars’ album release date is crawling closer, the New York quartet have debuted a third song off their forthcoming record.
“Have A Heart” follows in the footsteps of “Wish” and “4th of July, Philadelphia (SANDY).” The new track is a scuzzy, upbeat tune dominated by a powerful guitar, which unleashes a captivating solo toward the conclusion, while singer Joseph D’Agostino shows off his falsetto against the retro vibe of the beat.
Pretty Years, the band’s fourth album, is due out Sept. 16. Cymbals Eat Guitars will pair the album release with a slew of tour dates with Field Mouse this fall.
