Father John Misty Announces a Handful of European Tour Dates

Father John Misty has announced a small string of tour dates ahead of his much-anticipated forthcoming album Pure Comedy. The newly announced “intimate shows” will take place in Paris, Amsterdam and London next month. Misty’s festival-heavy slate also includes a brief stint on the West Coast and a midsummer performance in Japan.

It’s no secret that we at Paste are big Father John Misty fans. He graces the cover of Paste Quarterly Issue 1, Pure Comedy is listed on our 22 most-anticipated albums of 2017, we tabbed I Love You, Honeybear as our favorite album of 2015, and Misty made our list of the year’s best live acts for the second year running in 2016. Basically, we’re saying that if you can make it to one of his concerts, go. Tickets are available through a lottery system on Misty’s website. Good luck.
