Fémina – Arriba

Patagonian hip-hop trio Femina—comprising sisters Sofia “Toti” Trucco (vocals, guitar, ronroco) and Clara “Wewi” Trucco (vocals, percussion), and childhood best friend Clara Miglioli (vocals, guitar)—stopped by the Paste studio on July 7 to perform the harmonious “En Mi Memoria” and “Buen Viaje,” from their 2014 album Traspasa and their 2015 album, Deshice De Mi, as well as one unreleased, upbeat track, “Arriba.” Their mix of such Latin genres as cumbia, candombe, rumba and boleros with international rhythms like rap and funk made for a electrifying cap to the week here at Paste.
