Post-punk trio Flat Worms are back with a new album and single. Witness Marks is set to arrive September 22 via Ty Segall’s Drag City imprint GOD? and is spearheaded by lead single “Time Warp In Exile.” The band—Will Ivy, Justin Sullivan and Tim Hellman—haven’t put out a full-length record together since 2020’s Antarctica, but the ferocity and sharpness they established three years ago sets Witness Marks up to be their boldest offering yet.

Speaking about the roaring, raucous “Time Warp In Exile,” Ivy notes: “Given the opportunity to live in harmony, human nature takes over to corrupt. Jealousy and greed cannot be tamed; the relatable fate of Cain and Abel.”
