Evan Reiner, the L.A.-based producer who records under the very apt moniker Gossamer, is set to release his second album Imperishable on Innovative Leisure in July. And if this new track he’s sharing with us today is any indication, it is going to be a long, slow dive into a blossoming landscape, surrounding you in soft petals and lush greenery. Recorded with Sonny DiPerri, the album is built from field recordings captured in his hometown and during a trip to Tokyo. Through his hands and musical vision, that raw material has been adapted into something flowing and glimmering and radiant.
