Here's Your First New Grizzly Bear Song in Five Years

After a five-year absence, Grizzly Bear are gearing up to release their fifth album, which has yet to be named. On Thursday night, the quartet released the first song from the album, “Three Rings.”

The band, now based on the West Coast after years in Brooklyn, has been teasing the album with a series of cryptic teaser videos, like this. They also launched a new Instagram account, here, featuring psychedelic images the name of a different city attached to each.

The follow-up to 2012’s Shields is tentatively planned for a late-summer release.
