HAIM to Release New Album Women In Music Pt. III In April

After the release of three stunning singles last year, California rockers HAIM have finally announced their forthcoming third LP.

Women In Music Pt. III will arrive April 24, the band announced Monday in a tweet, following a Sunday night teaser. A new single, titled “The Steps,” is out Tuesday. Check out the album cover, shot by the band’s frequent collaborator Paul Thomas Anderson, below:

The album is produced by lead singer Danielle, former Vampire Weekend member Rostam Batmanglij and fellow well-known producer Ariel Rechtshaid, also Danielle’s partner. This announcement comes after a trio of singles arrived in 2019: “Summer Girl,” “Now I’m In It” and “Hallelujah,” plus PTA-directed music videos for each.

Women In Music Pt. III will follow 2017’s Something to Tell You. HAIM’s 2013 debut Days Are Gone was one of our favorite albums of the 2010s.

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s single drop. In the meantime, tide yourself over with HAIM’s 2012 Daytrotter session, below. You can pre-order Women In Music Pt. III, plus accompanying merchandise, right here.
