- Welcome to Daytrotter
- Bathtub Charlie
- Look At Me
- One To Say Goodbye
- Hit The Road
The road’s a winding son of a bitch. On all sides, ahead and behind, it’s nothing but temptations – as far as they eye can see. The great ramblers in Horse Opera songs are not immune to them. They indulge in them and just cross their hearts and hope for the best. They pray that those they’ve left behind – those that they’re planning on coming back to when their rambling subsides a little bit – will pardon them, even when they know that they likely deserve none of it. They’re not good for nothing, but they’re good for little most of the time. They hope for compassion – as they’re downing their whiskeys and eyeing the pretty one at the other end of the bar – knowing that most of the roads they travel won’t lead them there.
