Iron and Wine’s Sam Beam is Selling His Guitars

Sam Beam, or as you probably know him, Iron and Wine, likes to see his guitars put to good use. At this point, though, he has more guitars than he has love to give them.

That’s why he’s putting several of his instruments on sale via Reverb. The singer has played all the guitars (and one digital piano) available for purchase on tour, and he perhaps has even written a song or eleven on them.

Reverb, an online marketplace for artists to buy and sell gear, will feature Beam’s guitars starting today, July 29. They may just have some magic left over.

Find the South Carolinian artist’s list of available instruments below—shop them here via Reverb.

Gibson Custom Shop SG Standard VOS Red
Epiphone Granada 1965
Korg SV-1 73 2010s Red (Digital Piano)
1970s Gibson SG Standard
Gibson L-6S 1976 Natural

Beam explains his songwriting philosophy, specifically for “Caught in the Briars,” and why he’s putting his babies on the market in the video below.
