Listen to J. Mascis’ New Cover of Tom Petty’s “Don’t Do Me Like That”

Dinosaur Jr.’s resident guitar genius J Mascis has just shared a new cover of Tom Petty’s “Don’t Do Me Like That.” Mascis keeps the Heartbreaker’s pace, but shreds about twice as hard.

Mascis has been pretty quiet since Elastic Days, his fun solo album released last year, but he’ll take off on an expansive tour in the coming weeks.
