Kraftwerk Announce 50th Anniversary North American Tour

It’s crazy to think Kraftwerk have been around for over 50 years. The seminal electronic group, known for their unwavering dedication to technologically innovative music, have never sounded “old.” With each release, they push their “robot pop” sound further and further away from common musical imagination, using custom-built tools like vocoders and sequencers.
The group, in celebration of 50 years of innovation, will be returning to North America with their visually stunning 3-D tour. Their previous 3-D tour was compiled into a live album titled 3-D The Catalogue, which received near-universal praise, as well as a Grammy win for Best Dance/Electronic Album. Needless to say, it’s an unmissable opportunity, a show designed to shock and wow an audience in new and interesting ways.
The 27-date tour will begin in Seattle, Wash., in June and continue through the beginning of August, with the group traveling through nearly every major city in the United States. You can check out the tour dates below. Tickets for the tour go on sale Feb. 27 at 10 a.m. local time.
