Indie-pop artist Lorde just released a new single from her forthcoming album, Melodrama, called “Perfect Places.” The song features vocal harmonies, cutting synths and MIDI drums central to the piece.
Lorde previously teased that she would release a song tomorrow, and that it was her favorite song she has ever written. It would appear that “Perfect Places” is that song.
Aside from “Perfect Places,” Lorde also released singles “Green Light” and “Liability” earlier this year. Melodrama will release on June 16.
