Manchester Orchestra Share “The Silence” Live Video
The video comes as the band wraps their U.S. tour
Image via UMG/Loma VistaManchester Orchestra have shared a live video for “The Silence” off their last full-length studio album, 2017’s A Black Mile To The Surface, out now through Loma Vista.
Manchester Orchestra’s dynamism is made for echoing concert halls, and this performance of “The Silence” doesn’t disappoint. The video, directed by Ted Roach, opens on the band performing not to a crowd, but to an empty amphitheater, alone onstage as they record the track. As the song reaches its climactic peak, the video cuts to concert footage from the same hall, full of flashing lights and nodding heads.
The video comes as the group wrap up their final few dates of tour. Find a full list of their remaining dates further down.
