Michelle Obama Enlists Missy Elliott, Kelly Clarkson, Janelle Monaé and More for Charity Single

The first lady is giving a keynote address at SXSW tomorrow and she’ll be joined by her famous friends who have lent their voices to a new song debuting at midnight tonight called “This is For My Girls.”
The song, which you can hear here, features Missy Elliott, Janelle Monaé, Kelly Clarkson, Kelly Rowland, Zendaya, Chloe & Halle, Jadagrace and Lea Michele.
Dianne Warren wrote the song for the Obama administration’s Let Girls Learn initiative and the White House’s #62MillionGirls campaign, which aims to help “more than 62 million girls around the world” complete their education, Billboard reports.
