Moses Sumney’s debut album, Aromanticism (out 9/22 via Jagjaguwar), is one of our most highly anticipated September releases here at Paste HQ—as Adrian Spinelli wrote after taking in Sumney’s set at FYF, his “jaw-dropping falsetto made for incredible hymnals that reach the deepest depths of the soul” and he’s “1,000% one to watch.”
Today, we’ve got another taste of Aromanticism with the gorgeous “Quarrel,” which features Thundercat on bass and plays into the album’s overarching theme of lovelessness. “Don’t call it a lover’s quarrel,” Sumney pleads.
