Watch Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds Perform “Distant Sky” From Forthcoming Live EP

Last month, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds announced the upcoming release of Distant Sky – Live In Copenhagen, a live EP recorded at their electrifying October show in the expansive Copenhagen Royal Arena. Available for pre-order now, the EP is out on vinyl and digitally Sept. 28. To tide us over, the Australian bard and his band have shared a video performance from that night. Joined by Danish soprano Else Torp, who also appears on the track’s original Skeleton Tree recording, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds deliver an orchestral rendition of “Distant Sky,” which arrives as a quietly staged slow burn.
