Ozzy Osbourne Cancels Tour to Seek Overseas Medical Treatment

Ozzy Osbourne’s tour title speaks for itself: The English rocker’s 2020 North American tour “No More Tours 2” has been canceled due to Osbourne having to seek medical treatment back overseas. Osbourne recently revealed to the media that he has Parkinson’s disease, but was still ready to hit the stage regardless.

Unfortunately, the Prince Of Darkness’ treatment has become necessary.

“I’m so thankful that everyone has been patient because I’ve had a shit year,” Osbourne said in a statement Monday. “Unfortunately, I won’t be able to get to Switzerland for treatment until April and the treatment takes six-eight weeks.”

“I don’t want to start a tour and then cancel shows at the last minute, as it’s just not fair to the fans,” he continued. “I’d rather they get a refund now and when I do the North American tour down the road, everyone who bought a ticket for these shows will be the first ones in line to purchase tickets at that time.”

Osbourne’s attitude sounds hopeful, hence the 71-year-old rocker hinting at doing a North American tour further down the road.

The singer was set for his “No More Tours 2” tour in support of his new album out Feb. 21, Ordinary Man. All refunds, including additional fees, will be returned directly to credit cards, and all ticket holders will have first access to tickets when the tour is rescheduled.
