Pandora Will Launch Its Music Streaming Service Soon
Images via PandoraPandora is on the brink of launching its own music streaming service, similar to Spotify and Apple Music, The Verge reports. So far, Universal Music Group, Sony Music and Merlin Network have all signed licensing deals with the web radio service, leaving Warner Music Group as the only major label yet to sign. It’s still unclear if Pandora will wait for Warner to sign before launching their service—a handful of major artists, including Coldplay, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran, and Charli XCX, would all be missing from the streaming service should Warner not sign.
