Philly singer-songwriter Kiley Lotz, aka Petal, recently visited the Paste studio with songs from her gorgeous new album Magic Gone. The follow-up to her 2015 debut Shame, Petal’s sophomore release elegantly tackles adult issues like mental health, identity, and self-acceptance. As Lotz told Paste, Magic Gone represents “finally starting to accept who I am… Instead of running away from the hard stuff, I’m starting to now sort of see the joy and pride you can take in owning your own shit in your life.”
