The Machine Stars to Sing EP will be out February 21 via Secretly Canadian. Listen to "Don't Want to Dance" below.

Today, Porridge Radio have announced that they will be calling it a day as a band. Their North American and European tours in the spring will mark their final live performances, but their curtain call will begin on February 21 with the release of The Machine Starts to Sing, an EP of songs recorded while Porridge Radio was making their recent album, Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me. The EP was produced by Dom Monks (Big Thief, Laura Marling), and lead single “Don’t Want to Dance” is out now.
Bandleader Dana Margolin said in a press release, “This is the last new music from Porridge Radio and marks the end of the band. The songs on this EP are an important part of Clouds In The Sky They Will Always Be There For Me, and mean a lot to us. We are excited for you to hear them. This band has been our life, we’re family now. These tours will be our last. Thanks so much for listening.”
