Post Animal Reveal Another Single from Forward Motion Godyssey, “How Do You Feel”

Chicago’s Post Animal will release their sophomore album Forward Motion Godyssey next week on Polyvinyl, and today (Feb. 6) they share one more single before it drops. “How Do You Feel” showcases the band’s ability to craft an epic slow-burner that seamlessly blends synth-pop with their psych-inspired sound.

“Making this record, we wanted to go extreme in a lot of different directions—we wanted to be as poppy as we’ve ever been, as over-the-top as we’ve ever been, as grandiose and heavy and dramatic as we’ve ever been,” says drummer Wesley Toledo.

Pooneh Ghana directed a music video for the band’s new song, with some stunning visuals that illustrate the stark expression they sought. Their massive tour in support of Forward Motion Godyssey with Cage The Elephant starts next week in the U.K./E.U., and a Stateside headline run shortly after.
