Billie Eilish, Stevie Nicks, Kacey Musgraves and Others to Auction Memorabilia for Youth Music Nonprofits

Online musical instrument retailer Reverb will partner with more than 60 artists, including Billie Eilish, Kacey Musgraves and Stevie Nicks, to sell signed memorabilia and experiences to benefit 10 nonprofits dedicated to empowering female, transgender and gender non-conforming youth through music.

The initiative, called the Girls Rock Reverb Gives Auction, will run from May 21-28, benefitting nonprofits Bay Area Girls Rock Camp, Girls Rock Columbia, Girls Rock Philly, Omaha Girls Rock, Rock n’ Roll Camp for Girls: Salt Lake City, ATEM (Arts Transform Empower Music) in Berlin, Femix, Girls Rock Dublin, Girls Rock London and Popkollo in Sweden.

“This kind of support is monumental in our unique vision to empower girls and gender-expansive youth in the Bay Area,” said Sep Mashiahof, Co-Executive Director at Bay Area Girls Rock Camp, in a statement. “We’re grateful to the many women who broke barriers in the music industry to make way for new generations of girls and LGBTQ youth to forge their own paths.”

Last year, the auction raised more than $20,000 in an auction featuring items from Lady Gaga, Hayley Williams and Dolly Parton. This year, items up for auction include an Epiphone electric guitar used by The Indigo Girls, a Sennheiser microphone and several records autographed by Nicks, and a Fender ukulele signed by Eilish.
