Sabrina Carpenter has teamed up with actresses Margaret Qualley and Madelyn Cline for a heist-inspired music video set to “House Tour,” the popular penultimate track on Carpenter’s Grammy-nominated seventh album Man’s Best Friend. The video, released today on the singer’s YouTube channel, is an homage to Sofia Coppola’s 2013 movie The Bling Ring, was co-directed by Carpenter and Qualley. In it, the trio prance through a Hollywood mansion, jumping on the bed, stuffing wads of cash into their blinged-out lingerie, and playing dress-up in an enormous walk-in closet. When the police show up, the girls flee in a pink van emblazoned with the logo “Pretty Girl Cleanup Crew.”
The video’s opening shot of a bloodied white heel is itself an Easter egg for Carpenter’s “Tears” music video, which premiered on Man’s Best Friend’s release day last August. Carpenter’s theme of cutesy homicide visuals continues when the trio’s van drives full-speed into the distance, running over an unfortunate soul going for a late-night walk. Qualley, best known for her own gruesome role in 2024’s The Substance, looks at Carpenter and shrugs before the girls peel off into the dark. Carpenter, who has spent nearly three years on the road touring Short n’ Sweet and Man’s Best Friend, is set to headline Coachella this weekend. Prior to that, she performed “Manchild,” which we named the 31st-best song of 2025, at the Grammys.
