Chicago singer/songwriter Sen Morimoto has announced this third LP, Diagnosis. The project marks his first full-length with City Slang, the label he recently signed on with. New single “Diagnosis” follows previous release “If The Answer Isn’t Love,” which came out earlier this year. Diagnosis is set to arrive November 3.
Diagnosis is an album that, according to Morimoto, aims to “hold a magnifying glass over the systems we live in and empower to investigate them with the same scrutiny.” The title track is an explosive, guitar-forward alt-rock and electronic combo. “This is the diagnosis / It’s the catch-22/ You’ll live a long life / Doing what you have to do,” Morimoto sings.
