Directed by Daniel Roher and produced by Martin Scorsese, the documentary will largely chronicle Robbie Robertson’s life, mostly focusing on his musical pursuits with The Band.

The film is largely based on Robertson’s memoir Testimony, published in 2016. It will feature onscreen interviews from long-time collaborators of Robertson, including Bruce Springsteen, Eric Clapton, Van Morrison and Scorsese, among others.
