The Voidz Drop Futuristic New Track, “Pointlessness”

The Voidz have released the third track from their forthcoming album, Virtue, out on March 30 via Cult Records/RCA Records.

The new track, “Pointlessness,” comes after the release of two eclectic new singles, “Leave It In My Dreams” and “QYURRYUS.” “Pointlessness” opens like a brooding, futuristic symphony, but halfway through, the song morphs into dark, electro-synth pop and finally ends with a bit of climactic, theatrical prog-rock.

After these impressive three singles from Julian Casablancas and co., it’s hard to justify Casablancas’ need to make another Strokes record.
