Introducing Endless Mode: A New Games & Anime Site from Paste

Today, Philadelphia’s They Are Gutting a Body of Water have announced their signing to ATO Records, joining a label roster featuring Friko and My Morning Jacket. The band, led by Douglas Dulgarian and featuring Emily Lofing, PJ Carroll, and Ben Opatut, have also shared their first piece of new music in 2025, following up last year’s “Krillin” collaboration with Greg Mendez and Sun Organ with “AMERICAN FOOD.” Dulgarian says about the track: “All them atrocities is far from our minds, when the vices help us thru.” Fit with slowcore guitar and record scratches, “AMERICAN FOOD” is TAGABOW at their most subdued, but the song is still fully rapturous

Dulgarian’s label Julia’s War has also announced its annual festival, taking place July 18-20 at the Ukie Club in Philly. The lineup will feature the likes of MSPAINT, Chanel Beads, Draag, Ruth in the Bardo, and more. Get more info on the fest here.
