Watch the Trippy Animated Video for Twin Peaks’ “Holding Roses”

Chicago garage-rockers Twin Peaks, who released their latest album Down In Heaven earlier this year, have now shared the video for “Holding Roses.” The video is animated in an incredibly surreal style, and it gives us a look at the band through the eyes of their fans.
As the video progresses, Twin Peaks end up on late shows, radio interviews, stickers, tee-shirts and everywhere in between. They even show up on everyone’s favorite magazine, Worst New Music, complete with a Suburban Outfitters advertisement.
The artwork for the video, which was designed by visual artist Goons, is incredibly composed and a little bizarre, but in a beautiful way. Watch as the video smoothly transitions from image to image, full of color and accompanied by a standout Down In Heaven track. Experience the full two-and-a-half minutes of craziness above, and enjoy a 2014 Twin Peaks Daytrotter session below via the Paste Cloud, with the band’s (recently expanded) tour dates beneath that.
