Two Door Cinema Club Debut New Song, “Gameshow”

Music News Two Door Cinema Club

It’s been four years since Two Door Cinema Club’s Beacon, but new music from the Irish indie-pop outfit is just around the corner. “Gameshow” is the name of the new song they played on Saturday night in Boston. It is reportedly the only new song the band has played since their reappearance in live performance.

They were set to play Governor’s Ball yesterday, the final day of which was canceled in its entirety due to severe rain storms. Joining the likes of Courtney Barnett in making it work, the band quickly set up a gig at Music Hall of Williamsburg, charging $10 for Governor’s Ball wristband holders and $20 for everyone else. They donated the proceeds to charity Save The Children.

Last month, TDCC tweeted that they were shooting the video for a new single and doing a photoshoot for their new album. The band will be touring and playing festivals like Bonnaroo, Glastonbury and Lollapalooza for the rest of the summer. See all of the dates here and listen to “Gameshow” below.
