waterbaby Announces Debut EP, Shares “911”

This summer, Stockholm-based singer/songwriter waterbaby will unveil her debut EP Foam, which arrives via Sub Pop on June 14. Following her first single “Airforce blue,” she has paired the EP announcement with new track “911.” Cheekily riffing on the song’s title, she sings “whee-oo whee-oo” in-between confessional verses. Under the gaze of auto-tuned vocals and alt-rock textures, waterbaby has forged something wholly original and awing.
