The Artist Formerly Known as Wolfgang’s Vault Gets a Revamp, Adds New AMP’d Streaming Platform

Paste’s sister site Wolfgang’s Vault, which The Wall Street Journal once lauded as “the most important collection of rock memorabilia and recordings ever assembled in one business,” has officially dropped the “Vault.” More importantly, the newly retitled site is now the largest collection of live recordings anywhere, as well as the world’s largest music merch store.

As part of this refresh, Wolfgang’s has added AMP’d, a streaming platform for music lovers and memorabilia collectors alike. AMP’d members get unlimited, commercial-free streaming of all live recordings, plus free shipping on all domestic merch orders. The AMP’d platform lets users save favorites, make playlists, and access special features and curated playlists on any device, any time. And all of that is in addition to the site’s free curated radio channels.

AMP’d starts at an introductory price of $19 per year, which runs until Dec. 31 before reverting to the normal $39, which still comes in way below the price points of other streaming sites. All this is ideally timed around the holidays, as well: free shipping comes in handy for gift-giving, and unlimited live music streaming is perfect as a present you can keep for yourself.
