Zola Jesus Performs “Nail” On NYC Street During Blizzard

Instead of letting Winter Storm Juno cancel her Monday night show at the Brooklyn bar St. Vitus, Zola Jesus one-upped the storm by moving up the schedule and taking her show outside. She brought along a lone trombone player out onto the snow-covered street and treated the small crowd that made it out to her set to a memorable performance of “Nail” from her 2014 album Taiga.

Despite the chill, Zola Jesus seemed to have no problem giving a soaring performance of the song and it looks worth like it was worth it to anyone who braved the cold to go see her.
