Poor Guy: Donald Trump Jr. Reportedly “Miserable” Because He Can’t Make Any Deals These Days

Apparently, nobody is more “miserable” than oft-maligned son of a billionaire Donald Trump Jr., some friends close to the sad little man told People. After receiving considerable condemnation for his part in soliciting anti-Clinton intelligence from a business contact connected to the Russian government last summer, Jr. decided to put himself in time-out.

Jr.’s friends told the magazine that he and his brother Eric “never wanted this.” By “this,” they’re presumably referring to Jr.’s part in what George Bluth Sr. would refer to as “some light treason.” But now that he’s here and facing considerable backlash for his part in the potentially illegal scandal, Jr.’s just beside himself because he “can’t do any deals, because he’ll be overly scrutinized. He just goes to work every day and is miserable.”
