Donald Trump, Asked Whether Impeachment Is Inevitable, Just Leaves the Oval Office
Photo by Chip Somodevilla/GettyIt’s a tough time to be Donald Trump. As you may have heard, the big fella is the subject of an impeachment inquiry at the moment—one of which a majority of Americans approve, new polling shows—and many are calling for his resignation.
When the going gets tough, the tough get going, right? Right. So Monday, after being asked by reporters (including Jennifer Jacobs of Bloomberg News) whether his impeachment is inevitable, Trump (*squints at notes*) … uh, well, he just up and left the Oval.
Trump didn’t answer a question about whether it is inevitable he’ll be impeached.
He left the Oval. Which is unusual. Usually we leave the Oval. pic.twitter.com/GgbUc3OO0K

Putting in face time with reporters after the swearing-in of his new Labor Secretary Eugene Scalia at the White House, Trump got up to his old tricks and just walked out on a question he didn’t care for, like any true tough guy would.
Meanwhile, the bad news (for Trump) just keeps piling up:

Who knows—maybe the next time he leaves his office will be the last!
