Michael Cohen’s Lawyer Says He’ll Comply with Congressional Subpoena

President Trump’s former personal attorney and fixer Michael Cohen has received a congressional subpoena to testify before the Senate Intelligence Committee in a closed hearing. His lawyer has said that he will comply with that summons, CBS News reports.

The subpoena arrives only a day after Cohen postponed his testimony before the House Oversight Committee (originally scheduled for Feb. 7) due to “ongoing threats” by President Trump and his lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
