Watch: Michael Moore Predicts Trump Will Be Impeached Before His First Term Is Over
Image via MSNBC/YouTubeEven when pollsters and analysts were predicting a victory for Hillary Clinton (some giving her as high as a 99 percent chance of winning), Michael Moore always maintained that Donald Trump winning the presidency was just as likely. And if he was dead-on about that, then let’s hope he’s right about his next prediction.
Moore appeared on MSNBC’s Morning Joe today to talk about the election and the massive anti-Trump protests going on in major cities around the country. During the sprawling 45-minute discussion, Moore said that he didn’t think Trump would last his whole term of office. Moore said:
This is why we’re not going to have to suffer through four years of Donald J. Trump, because he has no ideology except the ideology of Donald J. Trump. And when you have a narcissist like that, who’s so narcissistic where it’s all about him, he will—maybe unintentionally—break laws. He will break laws because he’s only thinking about what’s best for him.
Moore also predicted that the anti-Trump protests weren’t going to die down anytime soon, and that Trump’s inauguration wasn’t going to go over so well. He said, “This is going to continue tonight and the next night and the next night. … This is going to be a massive resistance. … There is going to be the largest demonstration ever on Inauguration Day.”
Those are bold predictions, but Moore has been proven right before.
