Arsenal and Monaco are currently locked in a Champions League Round of 16 match, and the English giants are the heavy favorites to advance. However, to do so, the club will need to get past Croatian goalkeeper Danijel Subasic, who evidently spends at least some of his practice time playing with tennis balls.
The drill depicted in the video involves playing a tennis ball with the feet, clearing a hurdle, and then saving a driven shot from reserve goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg. Of course, whether or not all this training will help the French side keep a clean sheet when Arsenal’s potent attack comes calling remains to be seen. For now, let’s all just agree that there are probably worse places to train than in front of a dramatic cliff face.
