The design for the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 was leaked on Twitter by professional leaker of phone designs Evan Blass. Blass built some suspense before tweeting, “I think this is what you’ve been waiting for,” with a photo of the Galaxy S8—see the tweets below.

The redesigned Galaxy is minimalist and sleek, shown here with a lack of physical buttons and the familiar wrap-around screen we saw in the Galaxy Note 7. The official release of the Galaxy S8 is still a month away, and we don’t know a lot about the software or casings.
However, there are a lot of rumors that there will be two different models: one with a 5.8-inch screen and another with a 6.2-inch screen. Other rumors include a digital assistant named “Bixby” and a fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone to allow for more screen space without increasing the actual size of the phone.
The Galaxy Note 7 was a bit of a flop, with exploding batteries and no removable back cover, though many people also thought the phone was excellent. It’s going to be difficult for Samsung to make a comeback, but with this latest leak, people are certainly talking about the Galaxy S8.
