Even with warm summer weather approaching, Netflix continues to provide plenty of good reasons to stay inside. Next month, the streaming service will release a new original series, Sense8.
Created by World War Z screenwriter J. Michael Straczynski and the minds behind The Matrix, Andy and Lana Watchowski and Grant Hill, the sci-fi series follows the lives of eight strangers spread throughout the world whose minds become mysteriously intertwined. This allows each individual to access each other’s full intellectual existence, which seems to come in handy as they face imminent danger.
All 12 episodes of Sense8 will be released exclusively on Netflix on June 5.
