Stephen King Loves Stranger Things, the Netflix Series He Helped Inspire

Stranger Things is Netflix’s latest hit series. It felt like it came out of nowhere when it released last Friday, but Stranger Things’ story of the supernatural happenings surrounding the disappearance of a young boy has captivated its many binge watchers.

The series pays homage to the ‘80s in every episode, and its creators have cited both Steven Spielberg and Stephen King as direct influences. King has now come out and shared his reciprocal love for the series on Twitter.
