Ring of Honor’s Supercard of Honor XI Is Now an iPPV

If you can’t make it down to Orlando for all the WrestleMania shenanigans this weekend, good news: you’ll now be able to watch one of the biggest shows, Ring of Honor’s Supercard of Honor XI, live at home. The show will be streaming through Fite TV’s digital PPV platform, live at 6:30 PM ET on Saturday, April 1.

This is the show that was supposed to feature the first big match between the Broken Hardys and the Young Bucks. When it was first announced it was understood that the only way to see it was to buy a ticket and be in the room itself. A lot has changed lately, though. The Hardys have acrimoniously left Impact Wrestling and already debuted for Ring of Honor, winning the latter’s tag titles from the Young Bucks in New York earlier this month. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, the Hardys will probably be debuting for WWE pretty soon, so that Supercard of Honor match that was to be their ROH debut could now possibly be their last match for the promotion. And then there’s that report about WWE potentially in talks to buy Ring of Honor casting a cloud over the entire industry right now.

Let’s focus on what we do know, though. Also on this weekend’s card: Christopher Daniels defends his newly-won Ring of Honor World Championship against the massively popular Dalton Castle, former World champ Adam Cole takes on the current ROH Television Champion Marty Scurll, Cody Rhodes will take on Jay Lethal in a bullrope match, and the Briscoes and Bully Ray will defend their ROH Six-Man Tag titles against Hangman Page and New Japan’s Guerrillas of Destiny. It’ll all be streaming on the Fite app on Saturday. Check out FITE.tv and ROH’s site for more info.
