Movie montages with music (or AMV's as they're more commonly known on the seedy mash-up circuits of the internet) are almost universally awful. More often than not, they take a song from a derivative, pathos-mining butt-rock band and set it to a sequence of scenes from a hyper-violent movie. The kind of thoughtless crap that only required the author to tear themselves away from World of Warcraft long enough to slap a Linkin Park track on top of a three-minute clip of Underworld.
