Sir Elton John to Suit up in Kingsman: The Golden Circle

The sequel to the 2015 spy comedy Kingsman: Secret Service has recruited a top British official for its cast: Sir Elton John himself.

John recently shared the news on his Instagram account. The post referenced the many years since he played the silver ball on the silver screen in The Who’s Tommy back in 1975.

John is joining several Hollywood heavyweights in the film, including Channing Tatum, Halle Berry, Julianne Moore and Pedro Pascal. Past agents Colin Firth, Mark Strong and Taron Egerton are also confirmed to again don the gentleman’s suit of armor.

Kingsman: The Golden Circle is set to slip in quietly to theaters next summer, on the not-so-secret date of June 16, 2017. Check out Sir Elton’s Instagram post below.
