Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish Go Line for Line in Hilarious First Night School Trailer

With two huge comedy stars in a film, comedy gold is bound to happen at Night School, right? Considering recent letdowns (Snatched, for one), the first trailer for Night School, starring Kevin Hart and Tiffany Haddish, fulfills its promise and so much more.

Hart, Haddish and a cast filled with comedy stars allow for outright hilarity to ensue. Viewers watch as Teddy Walker (Hart) goes from an all-star salesman living the high life to a night school attendee trying to get ahead after a disastrous proposal. The funniest moments come when Teddy interacts with his teacher Carrie (Haddish) and the awkward, trying-to-be-down principal Stewart (Saturday Night Live alum Taran Killam). Viewers see the cast go everywhere from school to Teddy’s new dead-end job to a nightclub.

Since the announcement of the film last year, fans have been eagerly anticipating Night School’s release on Sept. 28. It’s the follow-up to director Malcolm D. Lee’s smash-hit comedy Girls Trip, which starred Haddish in her breakout role.

Both Hart and Haddish have been on a roll for the past year, with Hart coming off two major film successes: the animated Captain Underpants and action comedy Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. Hart will be seen sometime this year in The Intouchables remake with Bryan Cranston and Nicole Kidman. Haddish had a successful stint as a host of Saturday Night Live along with the recent premiere of The Last O.G. and the forthcoming Netflix animated series Tuca & Bertie.

Fans of both comedians can look forward to a film filled with laughs from beginning to end. Watch the hilarious trailer below.
